Dave joined the Marine Corps in 1992 and served 11 years with the 4th FIIU (Field Imagery Interpretation Unit). He did numerous active duty deployments and finished his career supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom at Headquarters Marine Corps and Marine Corps Intelligence Agency in Suitland, MD.
Dave is a graduate of Colorado State University where he received his BS in Fisheries and Wildlife Management in 1999. He started his professional career as a police officer in 2001 with the Brighton Police Department and spent two years with a multijurisdictional drug task force unit as a narcotics detective. He transitioned to his current role as a financial advisor in 2008. From 2014-2017 he entered a management role where he was responsible for recruitment and development of new Agents. Dave is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a consistent top producer for the Colorado General Office.
Today, he is active in many volunteer organizations including; the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (Vice Chair of Finance), National Marine Corps Business Network NMCBN (Vice President), Marine Corps League, and Brighton Police Department Reserve Officer (2008-2020).
Dave resides in Thornton, CO with his 14 year old daughter.
